The decayed portion is removed and restored with materials such as resin or inlay.Stage 3 : Pulpitis
Decay reaches the dental pulp (nerve), resulting in increased sensitivity to temperature and significant pain.Treatment

※ All procedures (surgery, treatment, etc.) may involve potential side effects. Accurate diagnosis and sufficient consultation with medical professionals are required.
Because wisdom teeth often cause various problems, extraction is generally recommended.
In particular, when the tooth is located close to a nerve, sufficient clinical experience is especially important.
Problems Caused by Wisdom Teeth
When a wisdom tooth erupts at an angle, food can become trapped, leading to cavities in the adjacent front or molar teeth.
If an upper wisdom tooth over-erupts, food may become lodged and press against the lower gum tissue, causing pain.
Decay in a wisdom tooth can result in significant discomfort.
If a decayed wisdom tooth is left untreated, infection may spread to the root tip, leading to pain, facial swelling, and difficulty opening the mouth.
